Spring rolls are a Chinese snack and one of my greatest eating delights. They are tasty and crunchy on the outside, filled with a warmly spiced veggie-noodle mixture that goes great with chili sauce, red garlic chili sauce, tomato ketchup, hoisin sauce, or Szechuan sauce. Rolls filled with vegetables, aromatics, and seasonings are filled with healthy ingredients. Veggie spring rolls are popular Indian street food. With just a few simple ingredients, you can make your very own Spring Roll at home!

1). Prepare spring roll wrapper:
Take a bowl and add 2 cup Maida, Corn flour 2 Tablespoon, ½ Spoon Salt and 2 half cup water and well all the ingredient properly by using a whisk and add some water if required , make a smooth batter.
Grease a hot pan and pour a ladleful of batter in it. Make sure the batter is evenly distributed by swirling once. Cook for a minute or until turning brown. Flip gently over and continue to cook. Finally, we have spring roll wrappers.
2). Boil Noodles and Prepare vegetable stuffing:
Take a pan, add the noodles to boiling water and cook them. Cook noodles until al dente. Then drain the noodles and thoroughly rinse them in cold water. Let the water drain completely and set it aside.
Now Heat Oil in a Wok, Saute 3 cloves of garlic, 2 chillies, and 2 tablespoons of spring onion. fry ½ Onion on high Flame and then add healthy full Veggies beans, capsicum, cabbage, carrot fry all vegetables without losing their crunchiness. And add Boil Noodles
Now add 2 tbsp soy sauce, 2 tbsp vinegar, 2 tsp chilli sauce, ¼ tsp pepper powder, and ½ tsp salt. Make sure everything is well mixed. Stuffing is done.
3). Fry spring roll:
Take a Wrapper and put a tablespoon of vegetable and noodle stuffing inside. Apply a small amount of Maida paste around the edge. Maida helps seal the roll. Seal the roll by rolling and folding the sides.
Fry in hot oil, keeping the flame low. Continue stirring until the roll turns golden brown and crisp. Remove excess oil by draining. Enjoy the tasty vegetable spring roll
